Speaker, Author, Trainer, Relational Coach

Relational Health, Interpersonal Skills, Effective Problem Solving, Leadership Development

“My name is Mary Pichette. Like all people, I have a story to tell. I survived childhood abuse. I coped for many years by using heroin and other drugs. I have made all the relationship mistakes one can make, and I wanted better. I wanted healthy relationships in all aspects of my life. I wanted this cycle to stop. I was tired of the hurt, betrayal, and abuses, so I set out to find what a “healthy” relationship was like. I did everything humanly possible to create positive, beneficial relationships for myself.

In my programs, I teach how to resolve conflict without resorting to rage or withdrawal, and how to understand the difference between a values-based conflict and a misunderstanding. People learn how to ask effective questions so they can actually get to know someone, and how to listen effectively to reduce misunderstandings and denial. By focusing on skill development, I help others gain the skills to effectively solve people problems across the various relationships in their lives.”

  • My Why

    A Personal Story

    A little of my story:

The single most life-changing lesson I received as I was healing from the violence of my life, was the moment I was told I was a whole and complete woman of value. Period.

I did not, and could not, “earn” my own worth and value. I did not have to undo the past, nor did I have to make up for it. I couldn’t. Nonetheless, I had been on the treadmill of trying to “get better” and improve myself so I could be valued. I didn’t need to “get better,”, I was “better.” You do not have to earn or become a woman of value, you have always been one. You don’t need to “fix” your past to be deserving of your worth.

My life-changing moment was being told, “It is a FACT that you, Mary, are a whole and complete woman of value. NO MATTER WHAT!”

Today, my passion is telling every woman she is a whole and complete woman of value. No matter what. She does not need to believe it, or even feel it. This message is not just important for women though; I work with many men, and I give them the exact same message. They have value and worth, no matter what.

When talking with people who are recovering from trauma, I am asked over and over, “Mary, what does relational health even look like?

“Mary, what did you do to escape the abuse? To change how you relate?”

Having heard these questions or ones like them a thousand times, I left my career as a social worker and set about pouring myself into creating my Powerful Relational Mastery Program. This program captures all the learning and training of my life. I teach the skills of how to develop relational health in order to break the chains of generations who have poor skills and no knowledge of what a healthy relationship even looks like. For the past twenty-five years, I have reached out wherever and whenever I can to teach and show people how to relate effectively in ALL our relationships.

In my programs I teach how to live in all your relationships as a whole and complete woman or man of value. Together we learn how to treat all people we relate to as whole and complete men and women of value. I teach how to separate relationships and keep each relationship separate from every other relationship. People learn how to ask effective questions so they can actually get to know someone, and how to listen effectively to reduce misunderstandings and denial. I teach how to resolve conflict without resorting to rage or withdrawal, and how to understand the difference between a values-based conflict and a misunderstanding. By focusing on skill development, I help others gain the skills to effectively solve people problems across the various relationships in their lives.

People learn how to ask questions… I teach how to handle conflict.

Today, I continue to have the kind of relationships I deserve. They nurture me and give me balance and good health. I am a fulfilled, loved, and content woman. I am a whole and complete woman of worth and value, no matter what.

  • How It Works

    The Process

Learning by “doing”.  Throughout our courses, you will learn a skill and then put it to use in real life experience. You will be guided in how to be effective and learn from your own personal experiences, throughout the course.

Our experiential methodology is to PRACTICE  the skills you learn, first in the safety of guided group work. Then you will USE (U) the skills in real life, and apply it to your own life. Through your personal experience and developed effectiveness, you will be able to transfer the skills learned in a group setting,  to any of your life situations.  Relational Training programs you will show you how “one person can make a difference in any of your relationships”. It is not necessary to send all your family, friends and colleagues to training so you can all relate effectively.  You, with the skills you learn, practice and use, will, through your own modeling of relating effectively be teaching/showing others.

  • The Solutions

    Solving the Right Problem

I want to support you to find the answers and learn the skills you need to live without stress, hurt, rage, disappointment, chaos and constant repeating of patterns that are hurting you in your relationships.

This is what I’m Mary is about – YOU… AND HELPING YOU GAIN THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO SOLVE YOUR RELATIONAL PROBLEMS.  “Relationships” with friends, family, business partners, working colleagues, spouses, partners, brothers, sisters, roommates; all the people you “relate” to on a regular basis.
