“My name is Mary Pichette. Like all people, I have a story to tell. I survived childhood abuse. I coped for many years by using heroin and other drugs. I have made all the relationship mistakes one can make, and I wanted better. I wanted healthy relationships in all aspects of my life. I wanted this cycle to stop. I was tired of the hurt, betrayal, and abuses, so I set out to find what a “healthy” relationship was like. I did everything humanly possible to create positive, beneficial relationships for myself.
In my programs, I teach how to resolve conflict without resorting to rage or withdrawal, and how to understand the difference between a values-based conflict and a misunderstanding. People learn how to ask effective questions so they can actually get to know someone, and how to listen effectively to reduce misunderstandings and denial. By focusing on skill development, I help others gain the skills to effectively solve people problems across the various relationships in their lives.”

“So… what to say about Mary Pichette?! She is dynamite. True grit. She’s been through the trenches and come out the other side with pizzazz “an attractive combination of vitality and glamour”. Whenever Mary speaks, I lean in, because I like what she says and how she says it.”
